SSC MTS PET/PST Requirements

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

  • Cycling: 8 kilometers in 30 minutes (for Havaldar posts only).

Physical Standard Test (PST)

  • Male Candidates: Minimum height of 157.5 cm; chest expansion of at least 5 cm.
  • Female Candidates: Minimum height of 152 cm.

Note: Relaxations in physical standards are applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
