KEAM 2025 Registration Begins at cee.kerala.gov.in, Apply by March 10

The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has officially opened the registration process for the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) Entrance Exam 2025.

Candidates aspiring to secure admissions in engineering, architecture, pharmacy, and medical-allied courses can now apply online through the official website cee.kerala.gov.in. The last date to complete the application process is March 10, 2025, by 5 PM.

Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility

  • Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders will also be treated as Indian citizens but are not eligible for reservation benefits.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2025.

Academic Qualification

  • For Engineering: Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent with at least 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics, along with Chemistry as a compulsory subject.
  • For B.Pharm: A minimum of 50% marks in Biology/Mathematics and aggregate marks in Physics and Chemistry is required.
  • For Architecture: Candidates must qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) on or before June 30, 2025.

Fees can be paid online using debit/credit cards, net banking, or offline via e-challan at designated post offices.

Documents Required for KEAM Registration

Candidates must keep the following documents ready before filling out the application form:

  • Recent passport-size photograph (150×200 pixels; size: 15–100 KB).
  • Scanned signature (150×100 pixels; size: 4–100 KB).
  • Class X certificate (for proof of date of birth).
  • Proof of nativity.
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate (if applicable).
  • Income Certificate (for fee concessions).
  • NATA scorecard (for architecture applicants).
  • NEET-UG scorecard (for medical/allied courses).

How to Apply for KEAM 2025

Follow these steps to complete your KEAM registration:

  • Visit the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in.
  • Click on “KEAM 2025 Registration.”
  • Complete the registration process by providing your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
  • Log in using the credentials sent to your registered email/mobile.
  • Fill out the application form with personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Upload scanned copies of required documents in the specified format.
  • Pay the application fee online or via e-challan.
  • Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

Note: There is no need to send a hard copy of the application form to CEE.

Exam Pattern

The KEAM entrance exam will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with multiple-choice questions:

For Engineering:

  • Total Questions: 150
  • Subjects:
    • Mathematics: 75 questions
    • Physics: 45 questions
    • Chemistry: 30 questions
  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Marking Scheme:
    • +4 marks for each correct answer
    • -1 mark for each incorrect answer

For B.Pharm:

  • Total Questions: 75
  • Subjects:
    • Physics: 45 questions
    • Chemistry: 30 questions
  • Duration: 90 minutes
