Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality
- Must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Candidates must upload a valid Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.
2. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) from an institution recognized by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
- Candidates must upload all semester/year mark sheets and the final pass certificate.
3. Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 38 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years (up to 43 years)
- OBC/MOBC: +3 years (up to 41 years)
- PwBD: +10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Maximum age of 50 years, with further relaxation for SC/ST and OBC/MOBC.

The selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Band -4:
