Eligibility Criteria for Air Force Airmen Recruitment 2025
1. Age Limit
- For candidates with 10+2 qualifications: Born between July 3, 2004 – July 3, 2008 (unmarried).
- For candidates with Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy:
- Unmarried: Born between July 3, 2001 – July 3, 2006.
- Married: Born between July 3, 2001 – July 3, 2004.
2. Educational Qualification
- For 10+2 candidates: Must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English.
- For candidates with a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy: Must have passed Intermediate/10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with a minimum of 50% marks, along with a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy with at least 50% aggregate marks and valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India.
3. Domicile Requirement
Candidates must meet one of the following domicile conditions:
- Passed qualifying exams from institutions within the specified states/UTs.
- Permanent residents of these states/UTs who passed qualifying exams elsewhere must provide a domicile certificate.
Selection Process for IAF Airmen Recruitment Rally
The selection process consists of multiple stages to ensure transparency and merit-based recruitment:
1. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Run: Complete a 1.6 km run within 7 minutes (7 minutes & 30 seconds for Diploma/B.Sc holders).
- Additional Tasks: Perform 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats within the stipulated time.
2. Written Test
- Objective-type questions covering:
- English (20 questions based on CBSE Class XII syllabus).
- Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA) (30 questions).
- Duration: 45 minutes. Candidates must qualify in each section separately.
3. Adaptability Test-II
Assesses candidates’ ability to adapt to military life and work in varied environments.
4. Medical Examination
Conducted as per IAF medical standards at designated centers like Coimbatore Air Force Hospital in February 2025.

Pay Scale and Benefits During Service
During Training:
A stipend of ₹14,600 per month will be paid during training.
After Training Completion:
